HAKE CROQUETS
ingredients :
(for 10 persons)
- 1 can of hake chops
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 onion ( chopped )
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon curry
- oil for frying
preparation :
Put cooked rice into deep dish . Add chopped hake, eggs, onion and
spices and mix it all. Form roundish or longish croquets.
Fry it in hot oil ( turning them occasionally ) until golden. |
