HAKE CROQUETS

ingredients :
(for 10 persons)

  • 1 can of hake chops
  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 onion ( chopped )
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry
  • oil for frying

preparation :
Put cooked rice into deep dish . Add chopped hake, eggs, onion and spices and mix it all. Form roundish or longish croquets.
Fry it in hot oil ( turning them occasionally ) until golden.
