HAKE A' LA CODFISH

ingredients :
(for 4 persons)

  • 2 cans of hake a' la codfish
  • 600 g potatoes
  • 4 clove garlic
  • parsley
  • 0,5 dl olive oil or sunflower oil
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Vegeta
  • salt

preparation :
Mix the hake a' la codfish with cooked potatoes. Add the chopped garlic, a little bit parsley, oil, pepper, Vegeta and salt.
Mix it well and serve.
